Teal server leader

New teal server leader is [FOTL]BioshockeR, congratulations Pablo, write me in msn when you'll come, I will give you commands list.

Server leader can:
- invite new admins and clan members without admin test/join request, and I have to agree with him at least in 90% of cases
- change rules of server
- change maplist of server

Also [FOTL]Mixer is getting level 8 on Orange server, I think he deserved it.


Abuse complaints

Kick [FOTL]Jamaican from admins    28 (47.5%)
Dont kick [FOTL]Jamaican from admins    31 (52.5%)

So [FOTL]Jamaican kept having his level. But second complaint is fair enough

New rules

Rules update for join clan/admin voting system. Now noone can put their join request until they have less than 200 non-flood/spam messages on forums.

Rules update for servers (Server rules) are in italic.
9.7. Minigun isnt allowed anymore anywhere.
9.8. Dont unmute yourself after when you rolled mute in roll.
10. You must enable ghostmode on every map, except crosses, windows maps, Missed and Weeeetube 3. Dont enable ghostmode on RED server. To enable ghostmode write /gm. Dont disable ghostmode.

We need to translate updated rules 9.7, 9.8 and 10 in next languages:
French, Finnish, Brazilian, Estonian, Spanish, Lithuanian, Spanish, Portuguese, Hungarian, Polish, Turkish, Romanian. Write translations in comments to this news item, please.

В связи с тем, что в клане теперь слишком много мемберов, я решил сделать отсеивание до 20-25 человек, дабы исключить делёжки на группы в клане. Тем, кто закрепился в клане и играет за нас достаточно давно, ничего не грозит. Отсеивание будет идти в основном у новичков. Каждого я буду проверять на Кросс картах. В конечном итоге, в клане должно остаться не более 25 человек, и набор в клан на время закроем!
Список тех, кто будет проходить отсеивание:
Trosky, Sonnqq, Zagmatfany, Airidukas, NightMare


We've got too many members, so I think we should decrease members count up to 20-25 members to prevent making players groups in clan. It will be like test of newcomers, every of them will have to play with me on Crosslike maps and I will decide who will leave clan. After when we will get 25 players, all will be stopped.
People who have to play with me on crosses to pass this test:
Trosky, Sonnqq, Zagmatfany, Airidukas, NightMare

New admin levels are done, feel free to test them on lilac server these days.

Level - Key command
1 - gm (need to elect them)
2 - mute (need to elect them)
3 - kick, pma, pmsa (need to elect them)
4 - ban, sban, goto (upgrade for 1-3 levels)
4a, 4b - boom, banname (getting after passing admin test)
4c - spectator (for trusted players)
5 - push (for really active trusted players)
6 - smash (upgrade of level 5)
7 - movestats, droplock (server leaders and prisonguards, also some extra admins)
8 - fun commands (arpe, will get some new ones probably)
9 - edit stats (Speeder, Igniux, Andromed, Council, Ryan)
10 - full access (Tails, Aiboforcen)

Now I suggest to choose new admins for new levels.

Dont ask for levels here.

All accounts on Cross server were cleared somehow, I dont know why, so lets register there again. If you have lock - just register in 10-20 seconds and then login just use password from lilac server. All stats are saved.

Все аккаунты на Кросс сервере были сброшены каким-то образом, при том что я ничего не делала, так что зарегитесь по новой, будьте ласка. Если стоит лок - просто зарегитесь пока вас не кикнуло за 10-20 секунд, а потом уж залогинетесь просто используйте пароль с лилака. Статсы на месте.

В Субботу в 16:00 по МСК состоится CW между KZ([KZ]SpeedDemon* [KZ]XxX [KZ]TranE) и GMC(|GMC|EAGLE |GMC|pax |GMC|Zaya |GMC|xizuk) в формате 3х3. Карты - Cross 28 DD, Cross Y DD, Cross S15 DD.

Клан Вар закончился победой ГМЦ со счетом 10-8. Спасибо соперникам за игру и поздравляем с победой. Ждите реванша)

Правила:

- не читерить
- не делать скриншоты
- без спектаторов. Если будут спектаторы от клана, то они должны на старте убивать себя
- без оскорблений/срача
- если очень необходимо, игра может быть остановлена на 1-2 минуты. Затем продолжаем
- если кто-то из участвующих значительно лагает, то его обязаны заменить
- если кто-то timed или что-то подобное, раунд переигрывается (в том составе, который был на момент timed)
- если время карты закончилось, переигрывается в том же составе что и был в момент когда время закончилось
- разрешено иметь резервных игроков-спектаторов, но не более 2
- неявка на КланВар в течение 20 минут после начала означает техническое поражение
- Версия МТА не ниже 1.0.3 (иначе к КВ не допускаются)

18 раундов. 3 карты по 6 раз каждая.
Если итоговый счет 9-9, то доигрываем 3 раунда на разных картах.

Thank you all for comming to last week's training. I hope that improved our team skills and so , we will continue to play on trainings.
